Fluen Inc. provides one or more of the following Services:

Automated transcription of audio/video files uploaded by the user

Automated translation of the transcription generated by Fluen Studio using file provided by the user

An online editor that allows user to post-edit, proofread, and correct the generated transcriptions and translations
Access
Your access and utilization of this website, along with the Services it offers—including but not limited to transcription and translation processes, online editing tools, product data downloads, and FAQs—are granted on a provisional basis and are governed by these Terms. Particular terms might apply to distinct content, products, materials, services, or information found on or available through this website, as well as to transactions carried out via this site. While these specific terms might complement these Terms, in cases where they contradict, the specific terms will take precedence to the extent of the inconsistency.
Fluen Inc. cannot ensure continuous access to our website or the services provided therein, therefore Fluen Inc. is not liable for any disruptions or cessations of website or Service functionalities, unless explicitly agreed upon separately with the User.
Fluen Inc. reserves the right to revise, change, modify, delete or suspend the content of any part of the website and/or any of the services it provides on the website without notice at any time in its sole discretion.
Content Rights and Responsibilities
You retain the rights to the content you produce and share on Fluen Studio.
You bear sole accountability for the content you share on Fluen Studio, embracing all risks linked with it, be it others' reliance on its veracity or any claims stemming from intellectual property or other legal entitlements.
You guarantee that any materials or data you provide to the website, whether through email or other means, are not slanderous, offensive, false, racially insensitive, promoting racial prejudice, violating anyone's privacy or human rights, or legally actionable in any jurisdiction.
If you wish to share content on Fluen Studio that you've previously made public elsewhere, ensure you possess the requisite rights to do so. By sharing content with Fluen Inc., you confirm that it doesn't breach any prior commitments you've entered into.
When you share content that wasn't originally created by you, it's essential to have the appropriate rights. This could be because the content is publicly accessible, utilized under an agreement (like a Creative Commons license), or is permissible under the fair use principle.
We hold the prerogative to delete any content you share, for any given reason.
Workspace
Customers must not, nor allow Users to, distribute User account details or utilize them concurrently from multiple locations. Every User should employ a distinct identity when accessing and using the Services. They should only access the Services to the degree permitted by the Customer's purchase and as detailed in the relevant Subscription Plan. The Customer is responsible for providing up-to-date, accurate, and thorough information to facilitate User access to the Service. Such accuracy should be sustained throughout the Subscription Term and for one year post the conclusion of any Order Form or this Agreement. It's crucial to recognize that the Customer alone is accountable for overseeing their Service configurations, encompassing their sharing and permission specifications.
Billing
All paid subscriptions are auto-renewed either monthly or yearly, based on your chosen payment schedule. You have the freedom to terminate your subscription whenever you wish. Should you decide to cancel, no refunds or credits will be provided for already incurred charges. Pricing and Plan availability may vary by location.
Cancellation
A subscription may be cancelled at any time prior to two (2) business days before the applicable renewal date and your subscription will expire at the end of the applicable subscription period. You may continue to benefit from the Services up until that date. If you do not cancel your subscription prior to two (2) business days before your renewal date, we will renew your subscription per your last subscription and it will expire at the end of that following subscription period.
Following cancellation, you can remain a registered user and continue to use our free Services (if available).
Choice of law and jurisdiction
The information on this site is regulated by and interpreted under the United States law. Any disputes concerning this notice will fall exclusively within the jurisdiction of the State of New York courts in the United States.

Fluen Inc.'s primary channel for customer support is via email. Currently, we do not provide support through phone, video, or chat. If you require help, please head to our Contact Us page to reach our support team. The Fluen AI support team is dedicated to assisting you with concerns related to our offerings. This includes answering general queries, resolving issues with paid plans, and handling billing queries. Typically, for users with Paid Plans, our support team aims to respond within 24-48 business hours. Our customer support is operational from Monday to Friday, between 10 am and 4 pm CET.
Fluen Inc. reserves the right to withhold support from customers exhibiting abusive, explicit, or disrespectful behavior or those failing to provide accurate and prompt information. For an optimal support experience, it's essential to engage promptly when needed, furnish precise and timely details, respect the stipulated service level agreement durations, and maintain effective, courteous communication. Adhering to these protocols ensures we can deliver an excellent support experience for you.
